A good friend reminded me recently of Benjamin Franklin's great quote “If you fail to plan, you are planning to fail!”  He also had the wise words that success doesn't just arrive and you have to plan for success. So with that in mind tomorrow morning will be spent spreadsheeting my training plan for the next four weeks.
